achieve true freedom and success

I'm obsessed with how the mind works! Specifically in "fixing" the mind.

My obsession is very much in line with my open Conceptualization (ajna) function in my Human Design. It's where the mind resides. It’s one of my biggest shadows and distractions of trying to be certain. I can be one-tracked in my way of thinking. It's also where I carry a lot of wisdom because it's a topic where I gather lots of different information.

I've done everything from shadow work to reprogramming limiting beliefs to repeating mantras to hiring a coach and thinking positive.

After taking a long break from it all, I found myself obsessed again with a celebrity mindset coach, Peter Crone, aka "the mind architect." I have been skeptical yet fascinated with his work for over a year. He charges $2500 an hour and works with the top athletes in the world. He helps them overcome their mental constraints to improve their performance which peaked my curiosity.

I decided to investigate his process by watching all his videos, listening to his podcast interviews and generally stalking him online. Turns out, his "unique" process involves self inquiry. Asking his clients about their childhood to get to the root cause of their current issue and transforming their perspective. Then providing a list of questions to reflect and journal. That's the crux of all the modalities I listed above.

After going down the mind architect’s rabbit hole, I realized his process is nothing new. He is selling freedom from the mind which results in fully loving and accepting yourself.

Peter's process is temporarily effective yet still missing the practical tool to apply every day. In my opinion, this is where Human Design comes in to take it to the next level:

  1. It gives you a personalized strategy to overcome mental constraints through correct decision-making.

  2. It doesn’t involve general inquiry to understand your shadows and distractions, they’re listed for you.

  3. It maps out where you’re conditioned (your shadows) and what’s your true nature (your defined functions, traits and strengths).

The foundation of Human Design is to give us permission to be ourselves and make correct decisions accordingly. It gives us a keen awareness and a strategy to implement every day.

When you make decisions based on who you are not who you think you are or what you've been told, you begin the personal journey of love and acceptance.

Even if that means you are prone to emotional waves of depression, anxiety or moodiness. To accept all the emotions as part of the process to get to clarity.

Even if it means you're a bully, martyr, incompetent or liar as a character trait. These keywords have a frequency that will resonate deeply with the person receiving that information.

Love and acceptance starts with being ok with words that have a negative context in society and looking at it from a holistic perspective.

For example, if you have the bully characteristic it means you don’t let anyone get in the way of following your own convictions. If it's in your design then it's also a part of humanity and can't be erased. It's a completely different definition than someone that picks on other people in school. Either way, acceptance means you are okay with both definitions.

Looking at the whole picture view involves objectively seeing both sides. Determining what the definition means to you and how you live it out is the most important.

Human Design is the most honest, accurate self discovery system I’ve ever found. It asks us to lean into the negative aspects in order to transcend them into fully loving and accepting ourselves.

When we stop fixating on things we cannot change and learn from our triggers, we begin to notice a shift in our outlook. Our performance improves. Our career and relationships improve. Our health improves.

All because we choose to accept who we are as we are then integrate it into our cells by making aligned decisions. To me, that's true freedom and success!

to your success,

Shaadi
